My goal is to review a YA book I've read each and every single day.
What? they ask. You plan on reading a book a day. You're insane. It's not gonna happen.
Yeah, I know. I have no intention of reading a book a day. I do have to work (much to my dismay...if someone can find me a job where I can make big bucks doing nothing but curl up on my sofa with a cup of tea and read for 8 hours a day, please let me know...contact info is above), so that leaves me with limited amounts of time to read.
However...I've been reading for an awfully long time (26 years old, remember?), and there are things I've read before this blog was even a sparkle in my eye. On those days that I'm unable to finish reading my current review title, I'll pull one from the backlist.
If I enjoyed it, there's a chance that you will too.
So, yeah, that's the plan. One YA book review a day, and here are the rules...
1. I'm going to try to do one review a day. Yes, every single day. Christmas counts. As does New Years and all holidays in which I get to eat turkey. Those reviews may be a little clouded from my inevitable food-coma, but I'll try to keep them coherant.
2. I might not succeed, but that's my goal. I want to get the word out on as many good YA and children's novels as possible.
3. The book I'm reviewing will be one I read. The review will be my opinion only....please no tomato-throwing.
That's all I can think of for now. I'll do my best to keep you updated.
